Use your account playbooks inside your AI

Connecting your CRM, inbox and calendar to your AI feels like a superpower. It knows your history with every account. Deal stage, last call, who got looped in.
But that is only half the data you would want.
Ask a generic AI about a company and you get everything. The Poland factory expansion, the funding round, the new CPO. All true. None of it signals you can use to connect with the account.
Republik works the other way round. It knows your business first, then goes looking for where theirs meets it. The problem they have that you happen to solve. Why now is the right timing for your company. Who inside owns it that matches your ideal buyer. And it comes back with the story you can actually open with, not a company summary.
We call it an account playbook. You can see one here. runrepublik.com/demo
So when you connect Republik to your AI aswell and ask abount an account, it pulls both sides. Your relationship and their situation.

Here is what that looks like across four jobs you are already doing.
Account prioritization
You have a list of 500 accounts. The question is where to start.
Your AI can see the whole list and read the signals underneath each account. Their last earnings report with the downward trend. The new CMO hire. The CEO on a podcast saying "Hitting this goal is my biggest job of 2026". The hiring push into Germany with the granularity of the job posts.
It also tells you when the research behind an account is getting old, so you know whether you are working on fresh ground or need a refresh first.
And because your CRM and inbox sit in the same conversation, your own side comes into the answer too. Where a thread is already open, where a deal stalled, where nobody has been in touch for months.
What you can ask
Which accounts have signals suggesting they are dealing with a problem we solve right now?
Give me five accounts worth working this week, and the opening for each.
What signals is [account] sending? Is there anything new since our last talks?
Compare [account A] and [account B]. Which one has the biggest opening?
Take the accounts with active signals, check my CRM for which ones have gone quiet, and give me a shortlist.
Opening accounts
How do you craft something each account finds valuable enough to speak to you?
The playbook already holds the hypotosis. The problem worth leading with, the person who owns it, the angle that opens the conversation, and outreach written against it. Your AI reads all of that before it writes a word, so what comes back is about their situation rather than your product.
What you can ask
Open [account] and tell me how we should attack it.
Pull the outreach for [person] at [account] and rewrite it the way I normally write, look at my sent mail to learn my style.
I am at a conference and just grabbed [person] for a drink. Give me two talking points and a case study he would like.
Give me three openers for [account], each on a different angle, so I can pick.
This inbound just landed. Do we have the account in Republik? What is our approach?
Closing deals
This is the section where your side is rich. Months of email, a deal record, three people involved, a stalled thread. Your AI already has all of it.
What it does not have is what has happened to them since you last spoke. A new hire who owns the problem. A deadline that just got closer. A number in an earnings report that changes the pressure they are under. That is the thing that gives you a reason to come back that is not "just checking in".
What you can ask
Give me a full picture of [account]. The last six months from my CRM and inbox, plus what is happening at their end.
I spoke to [person] about six months ago. Look at the email exchange, check what has changed at the account since, and build me a new opener.
Check my calendar for tomorrow. For every external meeting, pull the account and give me one page per meeting.
I just learned [account] is promoting their new CPO internally instead of recruiting outside, and will be hiring aggressively for Q4. How does that change our approach to them?
I need to build the business case for [account]. Pull what we know about their problem and put numbers on it if there are any.
Marketing alignment
Everything above is one account at a time. This one is the whole list at once.
Your marketing was built from what you believed about the market. The playbooks were built from what is actually happening in it. Putting the two side by side tells you whether you are selling what your accounts are feeling, and where you have gaps in what you can prove.
What you can ask
I am planning next quarter's content. What problem keeps coming up across our accounts that we have not written about?
We are rewriting the homepage. Compare what it says to the problems our accounts actually have.
I need a webinar topic for October. What would pull in the best fit accounts we most want in the room?
I am building a landing page for [segment]. Pull the accounts in it and write copy from what they are actually dealing with.
Our case studies are getting dated, some years old. Check them against our accounts now and tell me where the holes are.
Connect to your favourite AI
Republik connects to your favourite AI chat as a connector, using MCP, the open standard for linking AI tools to outside data. It takes a minute to set up and it reads only, so nothing in your workspace can be changed from outside.
Available now for every Republik workspace. Setup is here: Connect Republik to your AI tools. The full release notes are here: Connect Republik to AI tools with MCP.
