What we collect and why

When you visit this website, two third-party tools may process data about you, but only if you accept cookies:

  HubSpot (CRM and visitor tracking). Sets cookies to recognise returning visitors and connect website activity to our CRM, for example if you fill in a form or book a meeting. Legal basis: your consent.

  LinkedIn Insight Tag (ad measurement). Sets cookies to measure whether our LinkedIn activity brings visitors to the site. Legal basis: your consent.

If you reject cookies, neither tool runs and we collect no personal data about your visit. Our consent banner (CookieYes) stores your choice in a preference cookie so we don’t ask again on every visit.

If you contact us by email or submit a form, we store your name, email and message to reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

Where your data goes

HubSpot and LinkedIn may transfer data to the US under EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Cookie lifetimes are listed in our cookie declaration. Contact and CRM data is kept for as long as it stays relevant to a potential or ongoing business relationship. We delete it when it’s no longer relevant, or immediately if you ask us to.
